Each class comes with a ton of energy, focus, and offers something different ranging from building strength to high intensity interval training to explosive work.  

Limited to 5 slots each class/45 minutes.

Team Build is a combination of weight training & calisthenics to build your strength and confidence so you can hand anything that comes your way!

Monday at 5pm - 5:45pm, Tuesday at 6:30am - 7:15am


Team Blaze is a combination of high intensity interval training followed by some active recovery work to get your internal core temperature on fire.  Each class will leave you dripping in sweat, stay ready!
Wednesday at 5pm - 5:45pm, Thursday at 6:30am - 7:15am


Team Burst is a combination of plyometrics and power to take your stamina and endurance to the next level!
Friday at 5pm - 5:45pm, Saturday at 6:30am - 7:15am
