Choose between 4, 8, or 12 sessions in a training package.  Each session is 60 minutes long.  Every program is created from scratch and catered to each individual.  Private Gym Membership included - by reservation.  *Doctors note needed

4 sessions - We meet 1 day per week/month
8 sessions - We meet 2 days per week/month
12 sessions - We meet 3 days per week/month
