Private Personal Training
Private Personal Training is 1 on 1 personal training between you and your certified personal trainer.
Choose between 30 & 60 minute sessions and which training package suits you best.
We offer 4, 8, or 12 sessions in a training package and schedule a time that works best for you. Each program is created from scratch and catered to each individual.

Client Gym Membership. Come to as many open gym sessions as you like in addition to your personal training sessions.
