Private Personal Training

Private Personal Training is 1 on 1 personal training between you and your certified personal trainer. 

Choose between 30 & 60 minute sessions and which training package suits you best. 

We offer 4, 8, or 12 sessions in a training package and schedule a time that works best for you. Each program is created from scratch and catered to each individual. 

Every personal training program includes:

  •  Pre-Assessment to design program
  •  Strength & Core Training 
  •  Conditioning Training
  •  Nutrition and Macronutrients
  •  Grocery List
  •  Client Gym Membership.  Come to as many open gym sessions as you like in addition to your personal training sessions.  Reserve your slot ahead of time - 2 current clients are allowed to train at once.
