Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training is personal training between you, your partner, and your certified personal trainer.  
We offer 4, 8, or 12 sessions in a training package and schedule a time that works best for the two of you based on availability. Each program is created from scratch and catered to each individual. 
Every personal training program includes:
  •  Strength & Core Training 
  •  Conditioning Training
  •  Nutrition and Macronutrients
  •  Grocery List
  •  Client Gym Membership:  Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 12pm - 1:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday at 1pm - 2pm
